Deni Return & Refund Policy
At Deni, we stand behind every piece we make. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within our guidelines below.
Return Window

Items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method at the original selling price.

Items returned after 30 days (but within 60 days) are eligible for store credit only.

After 60 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, pet hair, and other signs of wear

Tags must be attached

Returned in original packaging, if possible
Final sale items or products marked as such cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the return date and eligibility. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Need something else entirely? You can return your original item (following the above policy) and place a new order.
How to Return Your Item To begin a return or exchange:

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return label (if eligible).

A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless your item was damaged or you’re making an exchange.
If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we recommend a trackable and insured carrier. Deni is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping date at deniofficialco@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
